West Woods Real Estate

Westwoods is a real estate neighborhood in Hockessin. Having a variety of builders contributs to a custom feel for the neighborhood, even though the homes were "standard" models. Jack Corrozi, Mark Handler, and others were the builders and the community was a big success. Not necessarily at the beginning though. 1993 was not a good year economically for Delaware. The community did continue and now thrives as a very nice place to live with active participation from all members of the neighborhood. It just looks good, located just off Mendenhall Mill Road in a very rural setting.
