Brackenville Woods Real Estate

Brackenville Woods is one of the few neighborhoods in the Hockessin area where one can find contemporaries. Though by no means are all the homes here contemporary (2 story colonials rule the day in northern Delaware), it's nice to find a variety. Mature trees lend the area a very rural feel.
