Owls Nest Real Estate

Owls Nest is one of the more interesting real estate communities in the greater Greenville area. These were predominantly older homes on 2 acre minimum lots. They became quite popular (starting in the 1990's) with many newcomers to the area buying homes and making huge investments in additions and in some circumstances tearing the homes down and rebuilding. The area is quite convenient, located off Old Kennett Road. It continues to be popular to this day.
