Edenridge Real Estate

Edenridge Real Estate

Edenridge was the fourth of the five communities in North Wilmington developed by William Poole Bancroft and his Woodlawn Company in 1956. 239 homes were built from 1967 – 1981. The convenient location of Edenridge nestled in around Mount Lebanon Road give unbelievable easy runs to the shopping areas along Concord Pike (route 202), plus that great back way to Greenville and Wilmington along Rockland Road. Plus the 933  acre Brandywine Creek State Park is so close that it is practically part of the Edenridge real estate neighborhood. Many of my mountain biking friends would not consider living anywhere else - the park has great trails (hiking as well).

  • Number of Homes: 239
  • Age:1967 – 1981
  • Home Sizes 2.300 – 4975
  • Lot Sizes: 0.35 – 0.5 acres
  • Prices (in last 5 years): $375K - $650K
