Deerfield Real Estate

Deerfield is a real estate neighborhood in the Hockessin area. It is located on Lancaster Pike (Route 41) and is the last neighborhood before the Pennsylvania State line. The center of Hockessin is, of course, super convenient. Restaurants in the area include one of my very favorites, The House of William and Merry. A fabulous place for a "special meal", but a bit pricey for every day. You will likely do more food shopping at the large Lantana Square shopping center on Limestone Road (about 2 miles away).
