Limerick is a townhome community with a handfull of single family homes. The townhomes are nice sized and aimed at people who like the size and convenience of a single family home but not the yard maintenance of a larger lot. The styling is somewhat similar to Fairthorne as both were designed by the same well respected local architect, Buck Simpers. The design is vaguely contemporary with clean lines, but the materials and execution are traditional. These are not strong contemporaries. The single family homes are a bit larger but share all the other characteristics with the townhomes.
