Belle Terre is a real estate community in Hockessin. It is located off the beautiful, but narrow, Mill Creek Road running along a creek. There are two roads and a cul-de-sac in the community which climbs from creek level to the top of a hill. The homes are generously sized matching the size of the lots. The homes are well kept, especially since New Castle County Executive Tom Gordon lives here. If you don't keep your home looking good anywhere in New Castle County, complaints are handled by the county and Tom is the top dog. Lenape, Baldini, (and others) were the builders. This is very typical of the nicer communities in Hockessin.
